• How quickly can I get my order?
• Assuming all of the required materials are on hand, from the time you approve any tooling or specifications DMKC typically will complete your order in 1 to 7 days.

• Where are your products made?
• All of DMKC's products are manufactured at our 2,000-square-foot facility in DMKC.

• Does DMKC make extruded wire & cable?
• No, However, we do design row cable and work with a number of suppliers who manufacture it for us.

• What are your expedite fees?
• DMKC does not charge for expediting an order.

• What are your overtime fees?
• DMKC typically does not charge overtime fees for orders that can be fulfilled Monday through Friday. We only charge overtime for orders that must be run on Sundays, which is rare.

• Do you charge extra for custom colors?
• in general, no.

• Do you do rapid prototyping?
• Yes. We have SLA (stereolightgraphy) capabilites, which allow us to make objects on site 1 to 2 days. In addition, we can build a single prototype of your product; the price for this protyping varies widely given the wide range of material costs.

• Are any of the components you use made in China?
• Material substitutions and modifications to specifications without notice are common in products built overseas, particularly those built in China. For this reason and other reasons, to the extent we are able to avoid using components made in China, we do. However, it is not possible in every instance to determine where a specific component is manufactured. For example, Molex manufactures connectors and terminals in various parts of the world; some of these are made in China.

• How many day a week DMKC open?
• Our business office is open Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Indian Standard Time. Our manufacturing facility is open Monday through Friday.
